Salesforce.com, inc. seeks a seasoned Financial Services Program Executive to lead executive-facing delivery across flagship transformations and strategic accounts.

You will own end-to-end program P&L, govern budgets, and steward C‑suite relationships, translating complex IT strategy into measurable business outcomes. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying AI productivity tools, automation, or agentic workflows within a professional services or program delivery context.
• 12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience, with direct accountability for program execution across financials, risk, scope, and customer outcomes.
• Demonstrated track record leading large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable outcomes that have positively impacted the business.
• 5+ years leading large, cross-functional delivery teams across multiple geographies and workstreams, with the ability to lead both direct and indirect team members, including third-party system integrators, without positional authority.
• Direct experience managing program financials at the engagement level, including forecasting to budget, financial management, revenue control, earned value analysis, contingency management, and delivered-versus-bid margin.
• End-to-end knowledge of system development, implementation, and operational readiness, ability to partner with technical teams on planning and address issues.

Responsibilities

• You actively lead and manage executive-facing engagements, coordinating across Sales, Success, Technology, Product, and Support to drive outcomes.
• Own end-to-end service delivery, oversee scope, budget, and changes, and surface risks with recommended paths.
• Build and maintain executive relationships at the client and Salesforce level, ensuring clear communication on expectations, performance, governance, and escalation.
• Inspire and uplift the Professional Services team, coaching them to higher performance and contributing to reusable delivery methodologies.
• Drive adoption and value with AI capabilities, aligning IT strategy, governance, processes, and stakeholder decisions to business outcomes.
• Forecast accurately and maintain trust through proactive risk communication and execution.
