Qualifications

• AI productivity tools and agentic workflows experience in professional services.
• 12+ years in professional services or consulting delivery.
• Led large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable outcomes.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams across geographies.
• Experience managing program financials at engagement level.
• End-to-end SDLC knowledge and operational readiness.
• Ability to lead steering committees and executive relationships.
• Structured sales-to-delivery handoffs with clear scope and risk.
• Surface and address delivery risk early with proactive actions.
• Collaborate across global time zones.
• Outstanding executive presence and communication.
• Fully billable IC capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven delivery across multi-workstream programs.
• Define program strategy, governance, and KPIs with clients.
• Manage executive-level relationships and communications.
• Inspire and coach the delivery team to raise performance.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery and contractual commitments.
• Drive adoption and value through AI capabilities.
• Identify and mitigate risks before they escalate.
