Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying AI productivity tools or agentic workflows in professional services or program delivery and measurable impact on delivery efficiency or outcomes.
• Experience leading large, cross‑functional delivery teams across geographies and workstreams; manages scope, budget, and customer outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead executive‑level relationships, forecast accurately, and communicate risk clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end‑to‑end program delivery for flagship transformations or strategic accounts.
• Lead the project team, run steering committees, and manage executive customer relationships at the C‑suite level.
• Oversee scope, budget, risk, and governance to ensure successful delivery and contractual commitments.
• Build and sustain relationships across Sales, Success, Technology & Product, and Support to drive adoption and value.
