Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience.
• Direct accountability for program execution across financials, risk, scope, and customer outcomes.
• Experience leading large, cross‑functional delivery teams across geographies and workstreams.
• Proven ability to lead steering committee and executive‑level customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as executive‑facing delivery contact for engagements and manage client communications up to the CxO level.
• Oversee end‑to‑end service delivery and ensure adherence to contractual commitments.
• Amend and approve changes with the customer as necessary.
• Forecast accurately and communicate risks openly to support decision making.
