Salesforce is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale initiatives within the Customer Success organization. This role drives programs end-to-end, ensuring cross-team collaboration, flawless execution and clear communication with executives and partners.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in program management or product launches in matrixed environments, with strong Salesforce product knowledge and global collaboration experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management and/or Product Launch experience in a highly matrixed environment.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience with global teams across cultures, time zones and functions.
• Ability to establish credibility with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ideal: Scrum Master certification (CSM) or PMI/PMI certification.

Responsibilities

• Drives strategic development of large scale cross-organizational programs.
• Bridges gaps between cross-functional teams to realize program vision.
• Builds cross-functional relationships and aligns stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Experience, Product Architects, Support Engineers and Success Managers.
• Leads delivery models to optimize customer experience and launches.
