Qualifications

• Experience applying AI productivity tools and agentic workflows in a professional services context.
• 12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery
• Led large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable outcomes
• 5+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams across geographies
• Experience managing program financials: forecasting to budget and earned value
• Ability to lead executive relationships and steering committees
• Structured sales-to-delivery handoffs with clear scope and risk
• Ability to identify and escalate delivery risk early

Responsibilities

• You actively lead large numbers of senior talent across multi-workstream transformations and enterprise implementations.
• You own end-to-end program delivery, govern scope and budget, and surface risk before escalations.
• You manage executive customer relationships up to the C-suite and align on objectives and KPIs.
• You drive value through AI-enabled delivery and agentic workflows.
• You lead the delivery team, coaching and elevating performance across Salesforce PS.
• You ensure profitable delivery, meeting contractual commitments and margin targets.
• You translate program delivery into measurable business outcomes for customers.
• You collaborate across global teams and time zones to ensure smooth handoffs and decisions.
