Job summary

Salesforce seeks a seasoned Financial Services Program Executive to lead flagship, multi-workstream engagements in delivery. You will own end-to-end program delivery, P&L, steering committees, and executive client relationships, translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.

You will guide cross-functional teams across geographies, applying AI productivity tools and agentic workflows, with focus on accurate forecasting and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional services or consulting delivery experience, with direct accountability for program execution across financials, risk, scope, and outcomes.
• Demonstrated track record leading large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable business impact.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams across geographies and workstreams.
• Experience managing program financials: forecasting to budget, earned value, contingency, and margin control.
• Proven ability to lead executive-level relationships and steering committees; strong data-driven communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern end-to-end program delivery aligned with client objectives.
• Lead multi-workstream engagements and manage scope, budget, and risk with stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of AI-driven tools and agentic workflows to improve delivery efficiency and outcomes.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Success, Technology & Product groups.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and transparent communications up to CxO level.
