Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience applying AI productivity tools, automation, or agentic workflows within professional services or program delivery.
• 12+ years in professional services or consulting delivery with accountability for program execution (financials, risk, scope, outcomes).
• Led large, complex programs ($10M+) with measurable business impact.
• 5+ years leading large cross‑functional delivery teams across geographies.
• Direct experience managing program financials at engagement level (forecasting, budget, earned value).
• End‑to‑end knowledge of system development to operational readiness and delivery planning.
• Led steering committees and executive‑level client relationships; capable of data‑driven conversations.
• Structured sales‑to‑delivery handoffs and intake processes with context and risk naming.
• Proactively identifying and surfacing delivery risk with timely course corrections.
• Ability to collaborate across global time zones and geographies.
• Outstanding executive presence and communication; able to lead high‑impact workshops.
• Fully billable IC capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end service delivery for flagship transformations and enterprise engagements.
• Lead executive‑level customer relationships and govern program scope, budget, and risks.
• Drive AI and agentic capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.
• Coach and align cross‑functional teams to raise performance across delivery programs.
• Manage bid‑vs‑delivered margin and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Align IT strategy, governance, and stakeholder decisions to ensure adoption and value realization.
• Proactively surface risks and decisions to keep programs on track.
