Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience
4+ years leading Salesforce Core Projects
Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture
Excellent presentation and communication skills, including to C-level
Proven ability to analyze and optimize business processes via technology and integration
Fluent in Agile methodologies and collaborative leadership style

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders at enterprise clients
Architect multi-cloud technology solutions across application, data, integration, and security
Lead cross-functional teams of architects and developers; Directors may manage people
Facilitate executive workshops and manage governance/ negotiations
Identify and manage risk, ensuring projects stay on track and solutions maintainable
Guide rationalization and adoption of emerging technologies to drive business value
Lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice and share knowledge
