Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to act as a strategic finance partner across enterprise transformation investments.

You will govern financial discipline, evaluate initiative economics, and provide executive-ready insights to influence prioritization and delivery of transformation value. As a key liaison with FP&A and Transformation Operations, you will model ROI, monitor performance, reflect impacts in forecasts, and support governance discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive-level financial recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Healthcare/regulated industry experience preferred.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
• Review financial assumptions, outcomes, timing, risks, and return profiles.
• Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding and performance monitoring.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for investments.
• Quantify costs, benefits, risks, dependencies, and expected returns.
• Reflect transformation impacts in forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
• Challenge estimates and vendor quotes to ensure cost reflect delivery complexity.
• Monitor spend, forecasts, variance drivers, and financial performance.
• Support path-to-green planning when initiatives risk under-performance.
• Develop portfolio financial reporting and executive summaries.
• Serve as the finance partner to governance and value-stream discussions.
• Bridge Finance, Ops, Technology, Legal, Compliance to integrate oversight.
• Other duties as assigned.
