Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to act as a strategic finance partner across enterprise transformation investments.

You will oversee financial discipline, governance, portfolio performance, and value realization, interfacing with FP&A, Transformation Operations, and business leaders to deliver executive-ready insights. The role emphasizes driving transformation value, standardizing governance, and providing financial foresight to support prioritization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business required; MBA preferred.
• CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive FP&A, transformation finance, or related experience.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate transformation investment requests and business cases.
• Review financial assumptions, outcomes, timing, risks, and returns.
• Establish standardized financial governance for transformation funding and performance monitoring.
• Develop financial models and ROI analyses for investments.
• Quantify costs, benefits, risks, and returns to support decisions.
• Reflect transformation impacts in forecasts, budgets, and reporting.
• Challenge estimates to ensure costs reflect delivery complexity.
