Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to act as a strategic finance partner across transformation investments.

You will evaluate initiatives, develop ROI analyses, and govern financial performance while partnering with FP&A, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure value realization and transparent reporting. The role focuses on financial discipline, enterprise reporting, and executive-ready insights to guide prioritization and delivery of transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
• Review financial assumptions, outcomes, timing, dependencies, risks, and return profiles.
• Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding and performance monitoring.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for transformation investments and enterprise initiatives.
• Quantify costs, benefits, risks, and expected financial returns to support investment decisions.
• Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts and budgets.
