Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to be a strategic finance partner, strengthening financial discipline and governance across enterprise transformation investments.

You will partner with FP&A, Transformation Operations, and business leaders to evaluate initiative economics, monitor performance, and deliver executive-ready insights for prioritization and investment decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business required; MBA preferred.
CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
8+ years of FP&A, transformation finance, or related disciplines required.
3+ years of leadership experience leading teams or contributors.
Experience developing business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive recommendations.
Experience supporting transformation programs and enterprise investments preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
Review financial assumptions, outcomes, timing, dependencies, risks, and return profiles.
Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding and performance monitoring.
Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for transformation investments.
Quantify costs, benefits, risks, and financial returns to support investment decisions.
Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts and reporting.
Challenge estimates, quotes, and resourcing plans to ensure delivery reflects complexity.
Monitor spend, forecasts, variance drivers, milestones, and performance against approvals.
Support path-to-green planning when initiatives underperform or timing shifts occur.
Develop portfolio reporting and executive summaries highlighting performance and risks.
Bridge between Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to embed oversight.
