Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to partner with Finance, Transformation, Technology, and Operations in evaluating initiative economics and delivering executive-ready insights.

The role owns financial governance routines for transformation investments, develops ROI analyses, and supports portfolio performance reporting to drive value realization across enterprise transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, strategic finance, finance leadership, management consulting, investment analysis, enterprise portfolio management, or related disciplines required.
3+ years of progressive leadership experience, which may include leading individual contributors or teams, required.
Experience developing business cases, financial models, value realization frameworks, ROI analyses, and executive-level financial recommendations required.
Experience supporting transformation programs, enterprise investments, portfolio governance, or large-scale strategic initiatives preferred.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization required.
Healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, specialty pharmacy, financial services, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
Review financial assumptions, expected outcomes, timing, dependencies, risks, and return profiles.
Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding, performance monitoring, and investment tradeoff decisions.
Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for transformation investments and enterprise initiatives.
Quantify costs, benefits, risks, dependencies, and expected financial returns to support investment decisions.
Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts, budgets, and enterprise performance reporting.
Challenge effort estimates, vendor quotes, and resourcing plans to ensure costs reflect delivery complexity and support informed tradeoff decisions.
Monitor transformation spend, forecasts, variance drivers, milestone timing, and financial performance against approved funding.
Support path-to-green planning when initiative outcomes, timing, or investment performance are at risk.
Develop portfolio financial reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries that highlight performance, risks, and decision points.
Serve as the finance partner to transformation governance, portfolio reviews, and value stream financial discussions.
Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Strategy, Transformation Operations, and business leaders to ensure financial consistency and transparency.
Serve as a bridge between Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to integrate financial oversight, risk management, and regulatory considerations into transformation strategy.
