Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to partner with finance, transformation, and business leaders. You will build financial discipline, governance, and reporting to realize value across enterprise investments.

You will develop models, monitor performance, and provide executive-ready insights to guide prioritization, budgets, and delivery of transformation outcomes. This role demands strategic acumen and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required. MBA preferred.
• CPA or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 8+ years in FP&A, transformation finance, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
• Review financial assumptions, outcomes, timing, dependencies, risks, and return profiles.
• Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding and performance monitoring.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for transformation investments.
• Quantify costs, benefits, risks, dependencies, and expected financial returns to support investment decisions.
• Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts and budgets.
• Challenge estimates, vendor quotes, and resourcing plans to reflect delivery complexity.
• Monitor transformation spend, forecasts, variances, milestone timing, and performance against funding.
• Support path-to-green planning when initiatives risk, and develop portfolio reporting for executives.
• Bridge Finance, Operations, Technology, Legal and Compliance to integrate oversight into strategy.
