Zusammenfassung

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to partner across transformation initiatives. You’ll build governance, financial models, and executive-ready reports to drive investment decisions and value realization.

You will collaborate with FP&A, Transformation Operations, and business leaders to forecast impacts, monitor performance, and ensure cross-functional alignment with strategic priorities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• MBA, master’s degree in Finance preferred.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
• Review financial assumptions, outcomes, timing, risks, and returns.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for investments and initiatives.
• Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor transformation spend, forecasts, and financial performance against funding.
