Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to act as a strategic finance partner across transformation investments. You will govern financial discipline, support executive insights, and drive value realization with cross-functional leaders.

You will develop ROI analyses, financial models, and governance routines, while partnering with FP&A and Operations to forecast, budget, and report enterprise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience managing teams or individuals.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, value realization frameworks, ROI analyses, and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
• Review financial assumptions, expected outcomes, timing, dependencies, risks, and return profiles.
• Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding and performance monitoring.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for investments and enterprise initiatives.
• Quantify costs, benefits, risks, dependencies, and expected financial returns to support decisions.
• Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor transformation spend, forecasts, variance drivers, and milestones.
• Develop portfolio financial reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting performance and risks.
