Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to strengthen financial discipline and govern transformation investments.

You will partner with finance, transformation, technology, operations, legal, compliance, and business leaders to assess economics, monitor performance, and deliver executive-ready insights for prioritization and decisions. You will own value realization routines for transformation investments, collaborate with FP&A on forecasts and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required.
• MBA, master’s degree in Finance preferred.
• CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, strategic finance, finance leadership, or related disciplines required.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience, leading teams or individuals.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive-level financial recommendations.
• Experience supporting transformation programs, enterprise investments, portfolio governance, or large-scale strategic initiatives preferred.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, managed care, or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
• Review financial assumptions, expected outcomes, timing, dependencies, risks, and return profiles.
• Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding and performance monitoring.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for investments and enterprise initiatives.
• Quantify costs, benefits, risks, dependencies, and expected returns for investment decisions.
• Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts and budgets.
• Challenge effort estimates, vendor quotes, and resourcing plans to ensure accurate costs.
• Monitor transformation spend, forecasts, variance drivers, and performance against funding.
• Support path-to-green planning when outcomes or investments underperform.
• Develop portfolio financial reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries.
