Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to act as a strategic finance partner for transformation investments. You will shape governance, forecast impacts, and executive reporting while leading value realization across the enterprise.

The role focuses on financial discipline, business case governance, and portfolio performance, collaborating with FP&A, Transformation Operations, and business leaders to drive investment decisions and accountability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business; MBA preferred.
CPA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
8+ years in FP&A, transformation finance, or related disciplines.
3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
Experience building business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and exec recommendations.
Experience supporting transformation programs and portfolio governance preferred.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in a matrix organization.
Industry experience in healthcare or regulated sectors preferred.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
Review financial assumptions, expected outcomes, timing, risks, and returns.
Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding and performance.
Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for investments.
Quantify costs, benefits, risks, and returns to support decisions.
Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts and reports.
Monitor spend, forecasts, variance drivers, and performance against funding.
Develop portfolio financial reporting and executive summaries highlighting risks and decisions.
