Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to own Finance-led process standardization for Oracle ERP-PPM. You will identify capability gaps, rank value, and translate SME input into actionable requirements for IT ERP Product Delivery teams.

This role emphasizes business readiness, reporting, and compliance alignment. You will partner with Finance, Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and IT teams to ensure requirements reflect real operational needs and are traceable through the release cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM and/or Oracle EBS – Projects.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance (preferred) and a Master’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in a professional services/finance advisory environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PPM workstream SME to translate SME input into clear outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Define target-state PPM capabilities and measure success metrics (cycle time, quality, adoption).
• Oversee discovery with Finance/Operations and draft business requirements intent and acceptance criteria.
• Manage ServiceNow backlog and ensure traceability to Azure DevOps items.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle release readiness and business readiness sign-offs.
