Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Senior Business Process Lead – PPM to standardize Oracle ERP-enabled capabilities, prioritize business requests, and ensure readiness for quarterly releases. You will partner with IT ERP Product & Delivery to define the agenda and drive value across PPM processes including project control, costing, billing and capital projects.

You’ll collaborate with advisory, assurance, tax, and finance SMEs to translate needs into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of Oracle Cloud ERP-PPM or EBS projects experience.
Strong understanding of finance processes, control concepts and policy alignment.
Ability to translate SME input into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with Finance/Operations to define requirements and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with IT ERP Product Delivery to ensure traceability to design docs.
Own backlog governance and validate quarterly release readiness for PPM.
Develop and maintain BPMN process maps and test scripts/UAT materials.
Support training materials and SOPs related to PPM processes.
