Job summary

Accenture plc seeks a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead transformative F&A programs for Fortune 500 clients. You will own deals from origination to delivery, shaping strategy, and building CFO/CAO relationships. Expertise in PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A and AI-enabled operating models is essential.

You will partner with CFOs to translate complex programs into clear value narratives, design AI-first F&A solutions, and secure large-scale managed services engagements. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation with a clear sales or revenue component.
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit through project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — advise CFOs/CAOs and Finance leadership to generate new opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI, automation, and ERP ecosystems.
