Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Senior Manager focused on CFO & Enterprise Value to lead finance AI transformations. You will engage CFOs, define AI-enabled finance strategies, and partner with technology teams to deliver measurable ROI.

This role requires cross-functional leadership, strong program management, and travel up to 80% for client engagements. The role emphasizes governance, ethics, and scalable finance AI solutions across FP&A, Controllership, Close, Treasury and Tax,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in Finance roles or Finance transformation consulting.
• 7+ years in AI & Data experience applied to Finance.
• 7+ years of high-value consulting experience and leadership.
• 2+ years delivering AI & Data projects in Finance.
• Experience with CFO engagement and senior stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Lead Finance-specific AI strategy engagements and define AI-enabled finance visions.
• Apply an engineering mindset to identify AI/automation opportunities in Finance.
• Assess Finance data assets, technology stack, and AI readiness.
• Design future-state Finance processes and AI functional designs.
• Develop business cases and roadmaps for Finance AI transformations.
• Shape AI operating models for Finance functions.
• Infuse Responsible AI with governance and compliance.
• Build strong client relationships with CFOs and Finance leadership.
• Originates and shapes new opportunities and drives go-to-market activities.
