Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead global F&A transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 clients. You will drive deals from origination through wins while building CFO and CAO relationships.

The role requires senior client engagement, AI-first solutions, and hands-on ERP integration across SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Coupa. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and CPA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets.
• CPA certified is preferred.
• Experience in external consulting.
• Proven track record closing large Finance deals.
• Demonstrated AI fluency in designing AI-first operating models.
• Hands-on experience deploying GenAI or intelligent automation in Finance.
• Deep familiarity with ERP/F&A platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa).
• Industry expertise in Financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice across full deal lifecycle from pursuit to execution.
• Foster CFO/CAO relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI and ERP tech.
• Translate transformation programs into compelling client narratives.
• Lead process re-engineering, digital transformation, and AI integration in F&A.
• Shape market viewpoints on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
