Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader to guide Finance Reinvention engagements across strategy, operating model design, and EPM platform implementations. You will shape driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and AI-enabled analytics within financial services contexts.

You will advise CFOs, lead project teams, manage senior stakeholders, and collaborate with alliance partners to deliver scalable finance transformations while maintaining governance, risk, and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance transformation, FP&A, or EPM
• 5+ years leading project teams and managing senior client relationships
• Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Reinvention engagements from strategy to EPM implementation
• Design and deliver driver-based planning, rolling forecasting, and variance analytics
• Advise on EPM platform selection and fit for client context
• Architect and deploy agentic FP&A workflows to automate scenarios
• Design Human + Machine operating models for finance functions with clear accountability
• Translate complex financial services data environments into scalable planning solutions
• Manage engagement risk, project economics, and client relationships; articulate trade-offs and value
• Contribute to practice growth: proposals, client relationships, and pipeline
• Collaborate with Accenture's alliance partners to bring solutions to clients
• Mentor and develop Finance Reinvention leaders in EPM and FP&A
• Maintain knowledge of EPM, AI, and finance transformation trends
