Accenture seeks a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead finance transformation for Fortune 500 clients, blending F&A mastery with AI, agentic technologies, and ERP ecosystems to shape deals from origination through delivery.

This senior, client-facing role requires selling, shaping, and delivering large-scale engagements, building CFO-level relationships and driving innovative F&A operating models across SAP, Oracle, Workday, and Coupa.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO — with a clear sales or revenue component
Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities through insight and credibility.
Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging ERP and ecosystem technologies to reinvent F&A operating models, with clear value outcomes at the centre of every design decision.
Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation program into commercially clear narratives that win client CFO confidence and close large-scale managed services deals.
Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a recognized specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A), leading process re-engineering, digital transformation, and AI integration within that domain.
Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing points of view on Finance Reinvention, AI in F&A, and the future of the Finance function; elevate the firm's presence at industry forums.
