Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Associate Director to lead large-scale transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A domain mastery with expertise in AI, agentic tech, and ERP ecosystems, shaping engagements from origination to delivery and building CFO and CAO relationships.
You will own the deal lifecycle, drive C-level credibility, and design AI-enabled operating models across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A, while developing market-leading value narratives and contributing to
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and CPA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale Finance Sales or transformation.
- Experience in Insurance, Banking or capital markets.
- External consulting experience preferred.
- Proven track record closing large Finance consulting or managed services deals.
- Demonstrated AI fluency — able to design AI-first operating models.
Responsibilities
- Lead F&A Sales and Practice — own full deal lifecycle end-to-end.
- Drive CFO-level relationships with finance leadership.
- Design AI-first Finance solutions using agentic AI and ERP tech.
- Shape compelling value propositions to win large deals.
