Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead large-scale F&A transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend domain mastery in F&A with fluency in AI, agentic technologies, and modern ERP ecosystems to drive deals from origination to closure, while building CFO/cAO level relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
10+ years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation with a clear sales or revenue component
5+ years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A
CPA certified (preferred)
External consulting experience
Proven track record leading and closing large Finance consulting or managed services deals
Demonstrated AI fluency—able to design and articulate AI-first operating models
Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI/GenAI in a Finance context
Deep familiarity with ERP and F&A platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Coupa)
Industry expertise in Consumer Goods, Industrials, or Financial Services
Experience structuring and winning F&A managed services contracts

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit through project execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships — Advise CFOs/CAOs and Finance leadership, generating opportunities.
Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A models.
Shape compelling value propositions — Translate transformation programs into clear narratives to win deals.
Deliver deep domain expertise — Be a recognized specialist in at least one F&A tower (PTP/OTC/RTR/FP&A).
Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market views on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A
