Accenture is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead transformative F&A programs for Fortune 500 clients. The role combines deep finance domain expertise with fluency in AI, automation, and modern ERP ecosystems to shape and win large-scale engagements.

You will manage end-to-end deal lifecycle from origination to delivery, building CFO and CAO level relationships while guiding redesigns of F&A operating models with measurable value outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation, consulting, or BPO — with a clear sales or revenue component.
Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities through insight and credibility.
Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and emerging ERP and ecosystem technologies to reinvent F&A operating models, with clear value outcomes at the centre of every design decision.
