Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Manager for the Specter program portfolio within the Air & Space Defense Systems. You will serve as deputy to the Business Manager, leading a finance team and coordinating with Program Directors, Engineering, and Operations to ensure EVMS compliance and on-time EAC delivery.

The role requires a strong background in EVMS, program controls, and cross-functional leadership, with a DoD clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' program finance experience or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, Quality, etc.
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required before start.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial point of contact for Program Management and IPT leads.
• Provide Earned Value Management reporting and EAC inputs.
• Develop, train, and lead program controls teams and drive process improvements.
