Job summary

RTX’s AIM-9X Development Program Finance Team seeks a Business Manager to lead financial analysis for the AIM-9X Development portfolio. You will oversee EVMS, develop EACs, and collaborate with the PMO and IPT to ensure policy compliance and strategic financial planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with data analysis and/or reporting.
Experience with EVMS, EACs, or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
Strong communication skills and ability to interface with senior management and customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of financial analysts, providing mentorship and training.
Oversee earned value management and analyze program performance for compliance with policy.
Develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
Interface with Program Office and IPT to ensure financial policy compliance.
Support monthly close, risk and opportunity management, and planning activities.
Contribute to monthly forecasts, AOP, and Long Range Plan objectives.
