Raytheon is seeking a Finance Manager for the Specter program within the Air & Space Defense Systems. The role sits on the Strike Initiatives finance team, driving program controls, EVMS, EACs and financial deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will work closely with Program Directors, Functional leads, and customer counterparts to ensure adherence to Raytheon policies while delivering value and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 7+ years.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts and Operations.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Financial point of contact for Program Management and provide financial guidance to IPT leads and non-finance orgs.
• Develop, train, and lead program controls teams.
• Implement and supervise EVMS reporting and EAC processes.
• Coordinate with SSBU and Program Finance to set expectations for EAC/forecast deliverables.
• Provide financial leadership in proposals and strategic investment analyses.
• Develop, present, and defend business case analyses for investment decisions.
• Evaluate and improve internal controls, tools and processes.
