Job summary

RTX seeks a Business Manager to oversee all financial responsibilities for the Resilient Missile Warning and Tracking Epoch 2 Vendor 2 (E2V2) contract. The role involves EVMS, EACs, forecasting, and risk management, with engagement in government customer meetings.

You will manage 1–2 analysts, coordinate weekly to annual routines, and contribute to program startup activities as a pivotal financial leader in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience consolidating and analyzing large financial data sets for forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business and financial responsibilities for the contract.
• Lead Earned Value reporting, baseline planning, and EAC development.
• Support customer meetings and internal executive level reviews.
