RTX is hiring for a Business Manager role focused on the Resilient Missile Warning and Tracking Epoch 2 Vendor 2 contract. The position oversees financial responsibilities, Earned Value management, baseline planning, EACs, and risk assessment while coordinating with a government customer.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent, with 5–8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience consolidating and analyzing large financial data sets to forecast accurately.
• Experience with SAP, BW, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Engage in proposal development including BOEs, chart preparation, cost-volume development and contract negotiation prep.
• Manage a staff of 1–2 analysts with growth opportunities as awards are announced.
• Support program start-up activities and coordinate with the prime Government customer.
