Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in the United States is seeking an established sales professional to build a personal book of business in finance and accounting staffing, consulting, and project solutions. You will own client relationships from prospecting to fulfillment, partnering with recruiters to deliver top finance talent.

You will drive revenue with an uncapped commission structure, supported by an experienced team and a broad national platform.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of successful finance and accounting staffing, consulting, or solutions-sales experience.
• A demonstrated track record of developing new business and achieving sales or gross-margin goals is highly preferred.
• Established relationships within the local business community.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with financial leaders, including CFOs and other senior decision-makers.
• Generate new business through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, social media, market intelligence, and in-person meetings.
• Sell accounting and finance staffing, direct-hire, project, and consulting solutions within your local market.
• Identify client needs, secure new job orders, and manage opportunities from intake through successful fulfillment.
• Partner closely with experienced recruiters to deliver high-quality finance and accounting professionals.
• Develop and maintain a focused target-account strategy and consistent sales pipeline.
• Expand existing relationships by introducing additional Vaco and Highspring capabilities where appropriate.
• Collaborate across offices, practices, and markets to pursue opportunities and serve clients.
