Electric Power Systems (EPS) seeks a Sr. Field Technician to lead crews, manage complex testing and maintenance projects, and serve as the primary interface with customers and engineering teams across North America.

The role requires advanced technical leadership, safety focus, and project coordination for substations and associated equipment. Responsibilities include developing testing plans, reporting results, and guiding field personnel while ensuring high-quality, safe execution and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical or Electronic technology required or military experience
• 10+ years relevant industry experience (preferred)
• NETA III certification is a plus
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and customers to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Prepare and review detailed test reports, discrepancies, and closure packages.
• Mentor and develop Field Technician I–III personnel.
• Represent the company in the field with professional communication and technical expertise.
