Electric Power Systems (EPS) is seeking a Senior Field Technician to lead field crews, manage complex substation testing and maintenance projects, and serve as the primary customer interface for engineering teams across North America.

You will perform high/medium/low voltage equipment testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning with a safety-first mindset, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Willingness to travel out of town and work overtime.
• Background check required and satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage equipment.
• Evaluate test results and advise on system performance and deficiencies.
• Prepare and review detailed testing reports and documentation.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and customers.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance at all times.
