Electric Power Systems in Nashville, TN seeks a Senior Field Technician to lead testing, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical equipment across diverse facilities. You will interact with customers, engineers, and project teams to ensure safe, reliable field execution.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in the industry, NETA certifications, and strong communication skills. This on-site role includes travel, safety leadership, and professional development opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology; 10+ years experience preferred.
• NETA I/II/III certification; NETA IV certification a plus.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage gear.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE usage; lead daily safety briefings.
• Coordinate planning, testing plans, reports, and project documentation with engineers and managers.
• Provide customer-facing field support and deliver high-quality execution in the field.
