Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Berea, KY is seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team. You will perform on-site integration of multi-vendor systems, including hardware, software and network products, and handle installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops and peripherals.

You will act as the client liaison on technical matters, interpret needs, and determine escalation paths with sales or engineers.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environments.
Solid client service skills and communication.
A+ desktop or equivalent skill set; other hardware certs may be required.
Experience with on-site installation, maintenance, and basic deployment.

Responsibilities

On-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software and OS.
On-site or remote installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
Serve as client liaison with administrative and technical matters.
Interpret client needs and clarify escalation paths with sales or engineers.
