Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team in Berea, KY. The role involves on-site integration of multi-vendor systems, including hardware, software and networking, with potential for remote installation and troubleshooting across US locations.

Responsibilities include desktop/notebook/printer support, configuration, maintenance, and serving as the client liaison on operational matters. Travel, including overnight trips, may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set required; other hardware certifications may be required.
• Ability to perform essential office duties with or without accommodations.
• Significant travel including overnight trips may be required.

Responsibilities

• On-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, including hardware, software and networking products.
• On-site and/or remote installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
• Serve as the client liaison on administrative and technical matters.
• Interpret client needs and determine if problem resolution falls to sales, support, or engineers.
