Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Berea, KY is seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team. You will perform on-site integration of multi-vendor systems, including hardware, software and network products, and handle installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of desktops and peripherals.

You will act as the client liaison on technical matters, interpret needs, and determine escalation paths with sales or engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environments.
• Solid client service skills and communication.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set; other hardware certs may be required.
• Experience with on-site installation, maintenance, and basic deployment.

NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Field Tech Senior Associate to join our team in Berea, KY.

Role Responsibilities

Responsible for the on-site integration of company and multi-vendor systems solutions, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. On-site and/or remote installation, implementation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting and/or repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Serves as company liaison with client on administrative and technical matters. Interprets clients' needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, client support representatives or engineers.

Required Skills/Experience

• Individuals here have a well-rounded knowledge of the policies and procedures for their work area.
• Their work may require discretion and independent judgment for non-routine matters. However, the primary focus of work activity is predominately routine.
• They may make policy recommendations to their managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
• Performs troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks / printers.
• Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Solid client service skills.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($21.70/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
