Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a Field Technician to join our team in Marietta, GA, delivering installs, moves, adds, changes, and decommissions with a focus on end-user support and hardware break/fix. The role requires vehicle and active driver’s license and involves coordinating with client end users and meeting SLAs.

Experience in desktop support, VPN, Citrix, and SCCM is preferred. This on-site position offers benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, PTO and disability options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in End user support-Desktop support-ITSM - Incident, Request and IMAC.
• 1+ years' experience in Desktop support with standard applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Flash Player) and customized customer apps.
• 1+ years' experience in hardware including video conferencing, desktop/laptop, printers, scanners, desk phones, Smarthand support, IMAC-D.
• 1+ years' experience in End user support-Desktop support-Citrix, VPN, Antivirus and SCCM Client - WiseClient, SonicWall, Cisco, F5 VPN.
• 1+ years' experience on-site hands-on Field Services in an SLA environment.
• Pass background check and Georgia DOR tax clearance within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform installs, moves, adds, changes, decommissions, refreshes, and break/fix on hardware and software.
• Coordinate with client end users on expectations and schedules.
• Meet SLAs on all services performed.
• Update incident records and requests in the system of record.
• Maintain asset management information for assets in service.
• Identify issues affecting end-user experience and assist in action plans.
• Use advanced tools to remediate incidents and conduct installs.
• Escalate issues to Field Services Supervisor when needed.
• Continuously improve technical skills and share knowledge.
