Job summary

CTG is seeking Field Services Technicians to support desktop and end-use device operations in Clarksville, TN. This contract role runs through October with Monday–Friday daytime hours and occasional off-hours, including one weekend in October for go-live preparation.

Pay is $24/hr and on-site work is required in Clarksville, TN. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of desktop support experience, basic hardware/software knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of desktop hardware and software.
• Familiarity with PC imaging and end-user devices.
• Experience with SLA frameworks and issue escalation.

Responsibilities

• Image desktops and laptops with Office 365 and other required software.
• Troubleshoot imaging issues and validate system builds.
• Provide on-site end-user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
