Responsibilities

• Manage diagnostic support for LG technical staff on assigned products.
• Provide resolution support for complex equipment and failures.
• Create and facilitate advanced product training for field personnel and Service Champion members.
• Deploy on short notice to LG HVAC market locations to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor long-term performance using advanced tools and data.
• Manage LEAD cases from open to close and track KPI metrics.
• Organize technical data and bulletins for factory QA review.
• Travel up to 75% of work schedule.
