LG Electronics is seeking a Senior Product Training Lead to combine advanced HVAC instruction with leadership of training development. You will serve as the technical training lead for LG HVAC products, ensuring accurate, effective training for product introductions.

• 10+ years in HVAC with strong training, service or content development experience.
• Ability to deliver technical training and practical instructional materials.
• Experience with testing and evaluating new products.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical training for LG HVAC products across curricula and materials.
• Develop instructor guides, student materials, and hands-on exercises.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Field Teams.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training at LG Academies and field locations.
• Support Train-the-Trainer activities and training readiness for launches.
