Qualifications

• Associates degree in technical discipline or 10+ years of HVAC management experience.
• Proven expertise on all LG HVAC products, controls, and systems.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex electronic and refrigerant systems.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage diagnostic support for LG technical staff across assigned products.
• Provide resolution support for complex equipment and performance evaluations.
• Lead internal product champion program for assigned equipment specialties.
• Create and facilitate advanced product training for LG technical and field teams.
• Travel up to 75% to LG HVAC market locations for on-site support.
• Craft reports to senior management on field quality and QA activities.
• Coordinate on-site support with engineers and contractors as needed.
