Job summary
LG Electronics is seeking a Senior Product Training Lead to drive advanced HVAC training programs. You will partner with Product Management, Engineering, and the Content Development Team to create instructor-led courses, hands-on activities, and digital resources that support product launches and ongoing education.
You will deliver training at LG Academies and selected field locations, oversee assessments, and guide instructors.
Qualifications
- HVAC degree or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 10+ years HVAC industry experience with technical training or content development.
- 3–5 years hands-on experience with VRF, ductless, or residential/light commercial HVAC.
- Proven ability to develop clear instructional materials and hands-on exercises.
- Experience with product testing, evaluations, or new product introductions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical training for LG HVAC products and develop curricula.
- Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training; validate content for accuracy.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Field Teams on readiness for launches.
- Support Train-the-Trainer activities and guide LG and Associate Academies.
