• Associates degree in technical discipline or 10+ years of HVAC management experience.
• Proven expertise on LG HVAC products, controls, and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Salesforce.
• Ability to analyze field quality trends and communicate complex data.

Responsibilities

• Manage diagnostic support for LG technical personnel on assigned products.
• Provide resolution support for complex equipment and performance evaluations.
• Create and facilitate advanced product training for field staff and Service Champion members.
• Deploy to LG HVAC markets to resolve service and performance problems.
• Analyze field quality data to guide quality assurance actions.
• Travel up to 75% to support field teams and market launches.
