Professional Transportation Inc. is hiring a Senior Field Support Specialist to lead escalation for the Driver Support Center and to direct daily operations within a fast-paced call center.

You will serve as the highest level of escalation before management involvement, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of complex driver issues. The role demands strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coach and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in PTI operations, HR, payroll, recruiting, or driver support.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team in a service-focused environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation resource for Driver Support Field Specialists.
• Review complex driver issues and determine resolution steps.
• Monitor team performance metrics and escalate concerns.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for Driver Support Center workflow.
• Support HRIS and internal systems to ensure data integrity.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to raise service levels.
• Navigate internal tools and portals to resolve issues efficiently.
