Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with progressive responsibility in a call center, logistics, transportation, production, manufacturing, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the TSS operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Manage daily workflow, staffing levels, productivity, and service levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and operations partners.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer concerns and service disruptions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service and productivity.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
